Living a better life. Immigration has always been an issue in the United States. There are many people who immigrate to the United States illegally because of issues that they face in their home countries. There are about 11 million undocumented immigrants in the U.S (Rodriguez 10).In order to gain citizenship is takes a lot of time and it also cost a lot of money; Most come illegally because they do not have the money to pay for a citizenship. Many people say they do not want immigrants to enter the United States because they see them as criminals. They see them as criminals because they came illegally, but that is not always true.
